Phillip Summers is an accomplished architect who specializes in luxury residential and retail projects. He takes a client-centric approach, ensuring each client is heard throughout the design process so they end with a space they are proud and excited to call home. Not only is Phillip’s process collaborative in this way, it is careful and considered, with every detail taken into account from his perspective as an LEED-Accredited, award-winning architect.

Before his career in architecture, Phillip earned a degree in business management and worked in banking and insurance. Today, this background allows him to tackle projects and the design process with additional logistical insights and a unique aptitude for innovation. His decision to pursue architecture stemmed from summers spent framing houses on a construction crew as a teenager, and the gratification he felt from helping people create their living space. After receiving his Master of Architecture degree, Phillip worked for award-winning architecture firms specializing in historic preservation, high-end residential, and luxury brand retail work. 

Phillip’s passion for his work is evident in everything he does, from helping his clients express their design vision to drawing up impeccable designs to getting people excited about living in a space that feels uniquely theirs. While his firm is based in Brookfield, Connecticut, with a satellite office in Manhattan, Phillip is also licensed to practice architecture in the states of Florida, Nevada, Utah, Virginia, Georgia, and Missouri, with the ability to receive licensure in any of the remaining states.
